“We read in Ezekiel 22:30-31 about “standing in the gap.” God calls us as Christians to take our place in our culture, which surely needs the walls shorn up against the onslaught of the enemy. I view our position as teachers at Heritage Oak School as people who ‘stand in the gap,’ preserving our faith in a hostile culture. I cherish the opportunities to partner with our students parents in teaching their children to first love the Lord, and then to love knowledge and wisdom.”
